Hypnosis REALLY works! Finally, at my wits end, and having bitten and picked at my fingernails and cuticles since I can remember (over 40 years), I decided to try hypnosis to try to stop this embarrassing habit. I was so embarrassed to draw any attention to my hands. Though disappointed that the first session resulted in no change that I could sense, after returning to Richard for a second session a week later, I am totally blown away!!! Since then I have had absolutely NO urges to attack my nails or skin around them. I am just amazed, and wish now that I had tried this long before now. One month, and a manicure later, my hands look great and I can finally wear my grandmother's diamond engagement ring! Expect to give it a second chance if it doesn't work the first time. Hypnosis worked for me!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a young psychologist many years ago, while working for a Center for the newly blind. I Accidently hypnotised a client during a relaxation session. After recognizing the hypnosis, I made suggestions which helped that person gain confidence and helped improved her life.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Stop smoking and weight loss sessions are the most common. However, we also see clients for anxiety, fears, bad habits. Sleeping, concentration, temper. memory, motivation problems. Helping to enhance sport improvement like golfing/gymnastics/ baseball/football/etc.
