We had had a different locksmith come and then come back again last week for the same problem (could not open front door from either inside or outside). We contacted Oscar when it happened and the lock wouldn't work again. Oscar was embarrassed by the shoddy work of the first locksmith, showed us the obvious problem, and replaced the lock.

Oscar should be called the "caring" locksmith! He was concerned for us and our situation. He checked out our other locks and said that he didn't like the way the backdoor lock looked and he was replacing it for the job price he already quoted since he didn't think it was safe and was sure it was going to break soon like the front door did (same lock). He fixed the mechanism on the door handle and put in a plate where the previous locksmith had gouged out more room for the deadbolt. He went out of his way for us and was fast, professional and really pleasant.
