I'll start by saying that while I am generally easy going, I'm definitely not a customer that's easily impressed; in most projects I've gotten done in the past there's always a few things I wish would have been done better - not the case here! Douglas did an absolutely amazing job, very professional, and pulled it off in a relatively short amount of time even though it had been raining almost daily for the past 2 weeks. Very important to also note that this has been the most hands-off project for me. I typically end up having to project manage due to things falling off the plan, but i never had to even worry this time around. We had comparable quotes from a couple of more places and went with Douglas simply based on how straightforward and easygoing he seemed to be, and couldn't be happier. We'll be recommending him to everyone we know. 5+++ stars all around service and quality of finished product!

Roger solved my basement flooding issue with a creative and cheap workaround - building a long gutter extension. It’s not the most pretty looking thing but it works! I got cited thousands of dollars by other companies for full waterproofing (French drain etc) but I didn’t need it in this case. I paid $600 and happy to report I didn’t have a flooding since. Thank you!
