- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always have 100% Free, no obligation inspections. Each and every one of our projects are priced specifically for that project as every mold job is vastly different. Our pricing is always fully transparent with an itemized estimate so you can see exactly what your getting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts out by getting some background on the situation via call or text. We then find a time for me to get out there and do an inspection. I just ask that you block off 30-40 minutes so we can go through the issue, find out what's causing the problem and then put a plan in place. I will give a verbal quote and then send over a final estimate. If all looks good we schedule the work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company hold the IICRC MRS certification which is the highest certification in the Mold remediation industry. This is backed by years of experience. We also hold the Massachusetts Home improvement contractor license Along with the Water restoration training cert.
