I had the pleasure of experiencing Chef Stacy's food at a local restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious! A few months down the line, I opened a business and needed a caterer for my grand opening. I contacted Chef Stacey in hopes that he provided this kind of service.. Thankfully he did! From the first consult until the end of the event he was extremely professional, pleasant, the array of food that I could choose from and that he provide was amazing, his table and presentation of the food was flawless! My customers and I was extremely happy with his service that evening! So much that when I moved locations of my business, that we hired him again!!! I would definitely recommend Chef Stacy for your catering needs!

I needed a caterer for an event that I was having, and was given Stacey Blounts name and info. I was very satisfied with his professionalism and his food! He answered any and all questions that I had, he was easy to get in contact with and I never had to wait, he was always on point. He was on time, my guests loved him and his food! He was very personable! He will definitely be hired for my next event!
