At MVNU Training we believe 2 main elements contribute to not only living a long life but living a great life. Those two elements are movement/mobility and nutrition. If you can't move the right way you will not be able to do the things you want to do. If you don't eat the right way you can't be healthy and chances are chronic disease, cancers, etc will begin to take over. Most people come to us with 2 goals: They want to lose weight and get stronger. You cannot lose weight without proper nutrition and you can't get stronger without being able to move the right way. Through these two foundational components we improve the quality of life for our clients which is really what matters. We pride ourselves in the fact that we can participate in something that is bigger than us. We wake up excited to make an impact on our client's lives. A healthy lifestyle is not something that anyone can afford to ignore and we take that very seriously. We want to see results. Whether you would like to lose 10 pounds before your wedding, want to get stronger so that you can still walk up stairs when you grow older, or you need to start eating healthier to prevent or reverse chronic disease, we would love to be your first step in making in change.

Joe, Jay and Tina are awesome and have created a very positive, welcoming, and motivating atmosphere at MVNU. They worked with me to set realistic goals and expectations and over the course of 5 months (including the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holidays) I was able to lose 15 lbs. More importantly, my attitude toward exercise, nutrition, and overall health is completely transformed. To say I recommend MVNU is an understatement - this has by far been the most positive training experience I have had.

I reached out to Joe and Jay at Advantedge fitness about three months back via Thumbtack. This was at a stage where I needed professional help to get over the weight and energy struggles I had for a few years. Past three months have been extremely great for me, starting with 3 day a week workout session at Advantedge Fitness. Joe and Jay helped me in ramping up my fitness and energy level through strength training, ab and cardio circuits, as well as right diet instructions. I am training 5 days a week now, and am seeing serious improvement in my energy and fitness level. Thank you for helping me out Joe and Jay.

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I've been with MVNU Training since it was AdvantEdge and I am not exaggerating when I say that my life has changed so much for the good thanks to them. Joe has been my trainer for more than a year now, and the results have been amazing. Not only do I find myself getting stronger, and improving on my personal bests every other week, but I also understand my body better thanks to them. The soreness and stiffness make more sense now (especially since my job involves sitting all day), and I have learned from them what I can do to fix it. MVNU is the place you want to go when you don't want a run-of-the-mill gym experience. Joe and Jay are respectful, flexible, knowledgeable, energetic, dynamic, and always strive to improve themselves as well as you. And that's what makes them great.

I hired Jay and Joe as my personal trainers in order to loose weight and build up some muscle . I have been working with them for a over a month and half . I have started of three days a week and now i have upgraded to 5 days a week . I really enjoy their workouts and it has given me results. They are really nice guys and they always put the needs of the clients first. The workouts are really personalized based on the clients needs. I definitely would recommend them.

Working with Jay at MVNU was one of the best decisions I ever made. I was in town working on a contract for three months and worked out one on one with Jay three times per week. He helped me with my eating habits, exercise and everything in between. I love the version of myself I became and was so sad to leave. Looking back I wish I would have stayed working with Jay as long as possible. It made such a positive change in my life and he understood my goal of keeping inflammation down and eating a whole foods diet. He was personable, intelligent and I felt like he always heard me.
