- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I list with a variable rate commission structure that can benefit sellers. I always include professional photos and floor plans with my listings at no additional cost to the client. Homes For Heroes is another great way for First Responders, Military, Healthcare and Educators to save money on their real estate transaction (both buying and selling).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of the things I love the most about what I do is meeting new people and getting to know them so I can help them best with their transaction. People don't buy and sell houses because they "feel like it" but rather there is a life change or desire. I start with a phone conversation or Zoom meeting and then take it from there!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All the time. My designations require continuing educational credits yearly but I frequently attend additional seminars for little or no credit. I also participate in numerous business networking groups because "you don't know what you don't know". It's good to learn from other professions as well.
