Cannot say enough good about Brett. The job he did installing a Rennai tankless hot water heater was top notch and his price was *FAR* better than anyone local to me in Newburyport. He had the opportunity to raise his price when I asked for a specific top of the line model, instead he told me that's the model he already quoted me. Wow!!! He was very responsive to phone and email. I will absolutely have him back to do my rental properties when it's time to replace the tanks in those units. Thank you Brett!! I wish you were local so I could call on you for smaller jobs :D.
