- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because most jobs are completely custom our typical process is step one to get an understanding of the desired finish of the project. Then to get an accurate quote and timeline. Then proceed to the work we take care of on our end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years of experience in residential homes.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in this line of work because I was always passionate about how my own home worked and began working under a builder. Then after learning how to fix problems in my own home I moved on to helping others in their home.
