- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Deposits & prepayments accepted in cash check or credit card. Final day payments cash only. 20% gratuity added to all services. Travel fee applies for all on-site events and varies by location. There is a $100 fee for any event on a Sunday or Holiday. This fee can be waived if all services total more than $800
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients can check availability for their desired date. Once verified available, they can then schedule a trial appointment in-salon only. During this trial appointment we would discuss details of the event & services, and review the terms of our contract . Only a completed contract with full deposit will reserve the event appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professionally licensed master cosmetologist. Motives cosmetics training with custom blended foundation and professional makeup application.
