Nick reached out to me originally offering to come by and take a look at my lawn on Saturday 8/22 @ 10:00 am. My lawn is very small and all I need is to have it cut and cleaned up a bit. Due to being backed up because of weather he contacted me asking if he could come out Sunday 8/23 at Noon instead. That was no problem so we planned for Sunday. Sunday came along and then noon came and I had not heard from him. I sent him a text and called him around 12:30. He replied to my text stating that he was still super backed up due to the rain we had, but asked if he could come by Wednesday 8/26 mid morning. I explained that I would be at work but he could come by and do the work without me there. He agreed that he would be fine with that. Wednesday came along and no word from him. I sent a text asking if he was still available or if he was not interested in doing the job and he never responded. I felt that I had been very flexible with regards to scheduling and very understanding of him having to reschedule multiple times. The fact that he can't even respond to a text after saying that he would come by is completely unprofessional. I would not recommend him to anyone.

I am really sorry I haven't gotten back to you I have been in the hospital with Vertego for the past 5 days. I would never not respond to a text from a customer unless I was physically unable to.

I needed my lawn mowed right away. Even though Nick was busy he rearranged his schedule to accommodate me. What a solid work ethic. I was very impressed.
