Do yourself a favor and book Chef Craig now. He catered my birthday dinner in my home and besides the beautifully-presented, mouth-watering food, here is what I loved: ✅ Timely and clear communication ✅ His creativity with regard to the menu + navigating my guests’ dietary preferences. He suggested great substitutes where needed and incorporated some of my favorite things in unique ways that fit the season ✅ He was adept at bringing in everything needed. I hardly knew he was in our kitchen, other than the amazing scents and delectable meal ✅ Perhaps most refreshing: Chef Craig truly cared about making this meal special. It provided such a meaningful backdrop for a memorable event. Still dreaming of the canapés he served and can’t wait to hire him again 🪄
