- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Uhray has 3 types of project arrangements. Please read below for specifics and pricing. Hourly Work (Most Popular) $75/hr - $115/hr Any form of hourly strategy, research, design, development, testing, or technical consulting work. We only recommend Hourly Work if you have fewer than 20 hours of work to complete. Fixed Price Project ~ $25k - $150k If your project has a well-defined scope, and you would prefer to operate under a specific budget / timeline, a Fixed Price Project is the right choice for you. With a Fixed Price Project, we work with you up-front to establish the project’s specifics, design needs, and timelines. In the end, you lock in a price that meets your budget and ensures project completion by a specific date. Monthly Dedicated Team ***Call for pricing options*** If your project does not have a well-defined scope or the scope can frequently change on-the-fly, we recommend a Monthly Dedicated Team. These are rolling monthly agreements with greater overall flexibility than a Fixed Price Project. You set the priorities, and we assemble an internal team of software developers, database administrators, UI/UX experts, and project managers to efficiently execute your needs. This team will collectively possess all the skills and competencies necessary to move your product forward over an extended period of time. As the needs of your product / company change, so can the team itself to ensure you’re getting the most value from your Dedicated Team. Many of our clients engage in a Monthly Dedicated Team after the completion of a Fixed Price Project for ongoing feature development, data analysis, etc. Uhray offers several different tiers based on the size of the team and the hours you require each month. The tier of your Monthly Dedicated Team is adjustable with 15-days notice via email. You will NOT be billed for any team member’s sick time, vacation time, or any other out-of-office time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
STRATEGIZE We define all aspects of the software product necessary to test your idea: value hypothesis, feature set, data, customers, end-users, barriers to entry, etc. WIREFRAME We collaborate over interactive sketches of the application's flow, content, and structure to create an intuitive and engaging user experience. DESIGN We iterate through professionally designed mockups to define the overall look and feel of the application: color palette, fonts, animations, positioning, spacing, etc. DEVELOP We code all front-end and back-end needs for your application to create a reliable and efficient product that captures your vision. REVIEW & LAUNCH We test all core features to ensure everything is working properly, considering edge cases, browser compatibility, and stylistic elements that impact the user experience.
