- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always to benefit my customers. Seeing how I’m starting off still. I always like to make sure it’s something that’s affordable for the customer. But also make enough to run my business. Rome wasn’t built in a day!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to make sure after the quoting process is done, I like to email contracts get them signed. After that I always like to make sure I collect material costs when I arrive on site with material. Always makes myself and my customers comfortable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from a vocational high school. Received my refrigeration license. Also have many years for other companies hanging and sizing duct.
