Colin was fantastic. He responded in about 10 min to my inquiry and was out to my home diagnosing and repairing my issue within 2 hours. My greatest need was to get someone to repair my issue immediately on a Sunday and Colin made it happen. He stuck to his hourly rate and got work completed quickly. He was courteous and polite.
