We had a very positive experience. They were very responsive, efficient and did a nice job with our tile project. I would recommend them and would have them again for additional tile projects in the future.

I hire them in 2023 because I wanted to have a sidewalk around the house. Besides the sidewalk, they ended up adding a patio, a inclined walkway at the front, fixed a cracked in the basement foundation, and tile my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. In the bathrooms, they also completely renovated the showers with tile and new shower doors. Finally, they removed all the generated debri/trash when they were done.

We have had Bay State do a lot of work for us thru the years from, tile bathroom floors, concrete basement stairs, to concrete floors in our basement. Also, built a stair rail for the side of the house. Antonio Sanches call backs, follow thru, and when he says he will come, he is very punctual, efficient, and very fair with pricing I would highly recommend.
