What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most quotes are based off of weight, so we try to package the cost according to the “ton”. The dump has set fees based of weight per ton. Other charges are possible based on specific items( fridges, mattresses etc)
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We performed a 2 stage estate clean out. Stage one was a major declutter/junk removal of a home to allow realtors to stage for pictures. We then returned after the pictures and open house for stage 2 to remove the rest of the furniture from the 1st stage.
