- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices vary depending on session length, and whether sessions are paid for in advance/by package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to our first session I'll ask questions relating to your health and fitness level. I also like to gain an understanding of your lifestyle and fitness goals. During our first session, I'll take body measurements and do your body composition including, but not limited to, weight, body fat % and muscle mass. You can choose not to do this if you wish, however, it does benefit progress tracking. For the first workout, I like to keep it simple in order to truly see what you're capable of and what your limits are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. I also hold a Nutrition Certification through Shaw Academy.
