FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and straightforward. Whenever insurance is involved, I make sure everyone involved understands the scope before any work begins. It’s important to me that there are no surprises, no confusion, and no last-minute misunderstandings—just clear communication and a smooth process from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer, I keep the process simple and clear. I start by listening to what you need, asking questions, and making sure I fully understand the situation. If it’s an insurance job, I walk you through what to expect and make sure everyone is on the same page before any work begins—no surprises. From there, I provide a fair, transparent estimate and explain the steps of the project so you feel comfortable. Communication stays open the entire time, and I keep you updated until the job is fully completed and you’re satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m IICRC certified in water, fire, and mold restoration, and I also hold a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License. Along with my hands-on experience, this training helps me handle both restoration and rebuild work the right way—from meeting code requirements to working smoothly with insurance companies. I stay up to date with industry standards so every project is done safely, professionally, and with the customer fully informed.
