Dustin was great. First of all, he told me exactly what part to buy (a basement sump pump) on Amazon rather than bringing it himself and charging me for the purchase; I was able to review the specs in advance. He was very efficient doing the installation so I didn't have to pay extra for labor. And he explained everything to me in layman's terms so I know what to do to keep the pump running optimally, and so I understand how it actually works. Then he threw in some free advice about my outdoor water spigot which wasn't working correctly! Much appreciated and I will call him back for all my plumbing needs in the future.
