Patrick was very responsive to my specific requests for how we wanted our lawn to be mown. Because previous mowers have left clumps of mulched grass all over (and I which damaged the lawn underneath them), we asked Patrick to mow slowly so that the mulch clippings were finer. Not only did he do that, but he also used his leaf blower to blend them into the grass. This was important to us because our dog would come in with clumps of mulch clippings on his paws, proceed to eat them, and then vomit in the house. Patrick was very conscientious of this and we appreciate his efforts.
