I do not mark up parts. Customer pays what I pay for the replacement parts. I only charge for my labor and expertise.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University. I have worked as electronics lab technician during my college years and as a development engineer on many high technology projects in major companies like Texas Instruments.
I have always repaired my own gear based on my extensive knowledge and understanding of technical designs. Home repair and small appliance repair has been my way of life during most of my adult life.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have put up flyers in my neighborhood and got a lot of work from local folks.
