I think this is a great company with outstanding workers.Garrett was my consultant.He answered all of my( many )questions in detail and explained all the steps of the blower door test,the air sealing and the blown in cellulose attic insulation.When he came to my house he went down the basement with me and explained what would be done.Then he went into the attic,inspected it and told me the best solution for my problem(ice dams and icicles)The work crew was lead by Jake and the were fabulous.They were pleasant,professional and answered my questions and concerns.They told me they had been working as a team for a number of years.Each member knew exactly what their role was.After completion they wanted me to inspect the job and I was thrilled with the results.Total clean up was done by the crew.I did not have to do anything.I highly recommend Green Collar.Send them an email or give them a call.You won't regret it.Paul B

We recently utilized Green Collar via MassSave audit to insulate a large portion of our attic space and surrounding areas. The team that arrived did so as communicated and worked cleanly and efficiently. They were very friendly and accommodating to work from home needs, children home, pets. etc. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work and the amount of time it took to complete it. At the end of each day they cleaned all areas that were worked in and left the area as found. We highly recommend this contractor for your insulation needs.

Green collar came yesterday to insulate our home and seal. They did an excellent job, cleaned up everything and were very professional. They replaced our siding like it was never removed to begin with, such a good job, really appreciate the crew that came, thank you guys so much.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most customers are eligible for the Mass Save program, which covers 75%-90% of the customer share balance in qualifying homes. Please contact us regarding eligibility requirements.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally we will do an evaluation over the phone initially to see if the project is a fit for our line of work. If it is a match, we will come do a free energy assessment to provide pricing and strategies.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ownership/Management are all BPI certified in Building Envelope and Building Analyst. At the time of install every truck has at least one Mass Save Certified crew chief running the job.
