Our pricing is based a couple favors : square footage & type of home (condo, single family or multi family)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure to get you involved in the inspection. I think it is important to educate clients on their perspective home so they are equipped with some of the know how to care for the home in the years to come.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To be a Licensed Home Inspector in Massachusetts, our minimum requirements are 75 hours of certified class training, passing the National licensing exam for Home Inspection, as well as 125 fee paid Inspections as an associate Inspector. I have been inspecting houses since 2016
