Steve did a 3 room project for us that came out wonderful. He was the only contractor who came out to house to take notes and review the work before providing an estimate. All other potential contractors either declined or just sent me a quote via the app. I valued this experience as we were given the opportunity to discuss the work, get feedback and suggestions.
Steve was also very good at being on-time and clarifying when he would arrive to do work. He worked efficiently and at any time there was an issue he showed us the problem and provided solutions as to what he could to fix the problem.
The work itself was installing ceiling lights, and the installation of new electrical boxes and switches for the lights. At each step through the process he asked my wife and I for advice and confirmation that we were happy with all placements of the lights before proceeding to cut into the drywall. After which he cleaned and patched all areas so that we had to do little work afterwards for cleaning and painting.
My only complaint was that Steve was more expensive than the other quotes that I had received, but given the quality of work, attention to detail, and willingness to take the time to explain each step of the process to us, I feel that the money was well spent for a quality result.
For those looking for a quality electrician who does an amazing job and will work with the homeowner I would recommend Steve.
Steve was super responsive and gave me a clear estimate and explanation of the work to get a generator hookup added to my home. The work was done as expected and on time, with clear communication throughout the process. Would definitely hire again.
DES was quick to respond to my request. I wasn’t in a hurry to get the job done, even still, they showed up within a week and were able to take care of the issue at a minimum cost. He was very professional and helpful. I will be using them in the near future.
