- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
usually first: contact the customer to schedule an appointment. Second, I personally go to the client's address to make the estimate. Check if there's any problems Third, I send the estimate by email or text according to how the client prefers it. Fourth, if the client accepts, one day is scheduled to do the job. fifth, we do the job. Sixth, after the job payment is requested according to the method that the client prefers (check, cash or card) there is a transaction fee for card payment.
