My friends are jealous! Dont believe you cant lose weight after menopause. I felt awful in my clothes and didnt like looking on the mirror. Where did my happy body go. Well Heidis program was the best decision ever! Down 20 ponds. Heidi is no nonsense. She guides you so well but never judges and helps you look in the mirror and be accountable for your decisions. Working with Heidi at Ideal Weight Loss has been instrumental in helping me shift my eating habits. I have always thought of myself as a pretty "healthy eater," and couldn't understand why I was struggling so hard with my weight. My weekly check-ins with Heidi have not only kept me accountable but showed me some patterns and habits I was totally unaware of.
