Our pricing is based on the size of the space, frequency of service, and specific cleaning needs. We offer transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Recurring commercial services are typically more cost-effective than one-time cleanings. All estimates are provided before scheduling, and pricing is finalized once the scope of work is confirmed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the client’s needs, space size, and preferred cleaning schedule. When needed, we conduct a free on-site walkthrough to better understand the scope of work and provide accurate pricing. After the walkthrough, we provide a clear estimate and, once approved, schedule the service. Our focus is on consistency, communication, and delivering reliable results from the first visit.

Our team has hands-on experience in both residential and commercial cleaning, with training focused on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and attention to detail.
