I specialize in teaching stress management techniques, including: * breathing * stretching exercises * meditation * mindfulness * journaling * expressive art techniques for healing, music, humor, aromatherapy, labyrinth, and foods and that affect moods I teach individuals, groups and businesses. I love creating new programs to meet the individual needs of each client.
