FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope of work, materials, and project complexity. We provide clear, detailed estimates after reviewing the project so there are no surprises. We do not offer flat pricing without seeing the job, and we focus on accurate planning rather than the lowest price. Any changes are discussed and approved before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to understand the project and the home. If it’s a good fit, we schedule a site visit to review the space, discuss options, and answer questions. After that, we provide a written estimate and timeline. Once approved, we coordinate permits if needed, schedule the work, and stay in touch throughout the project so the homeowner knows what to expect at each step.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is licensed and trained to perform residential construction and renovation work in Massachusetts. We hold a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) and Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) registration. We are also certified in building performance, jobsite safety, and lead-safe renovation practices, including OSHA 30 and Lead Safe Renovator Supervisor certifications in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. This training allows us to manage projects safely, follow code requirements, and work responsibly in occupied homes.
