As is often the case in older homes, it was not quite as easy a job as it first appeared, but the the team was prompt, thoughtful, pleasant, and creative! I'd call again for sure.

Had a great experience with this company. They came gave a fair quote for work and had a crew there at my earliest convenience and completed installation of a water heater same day. They were also knowledgeable about using MassSave subsidies to pay for the work and charged just what they quoted. All in all, I could not have hoped for a better experience.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the type of work, we either complete an in-person estimate of the job, or provide an hourly rate. This distinction is based off of the size and complexity of the job. All estimates that are able to be scheduled between the hours of 7am and 3pm M-F are free.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our division leader Ron starts every new relationship with a customer with a phone call. In that call, he tries to learn the most he can about the customer's job, property type, and budget so that he can provide the best suggestions and most accurate quote for that individual customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ron has over 35 years of experience in the plumbing and heating fields, and holds a Master Plumber's License. All of our employees are legally registered and licensed plumbers, as well.
