We posted a job on Thumbtack that we needed a job done on a certain day and Shawn quickly reached out to us and was able to accommodate our needs in very short notice. We needed our pellet stove and chimney cleaned and Mike came onsite to do the job. Mike was right on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. We've called a few other places before and they just weren't able to do the job. Mike was the right guy for this job. Came in with great confidence and took care of things right away. And also educated me on tips on how to properly maintain my pellet stove. Definitely glad we reached out to Twin Pines which lead us to Mike. We'll definitely be calling him back for chimney and pellet stove needs in the future. Thanks!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At FitzCo, we know that no two jobs are the same. Each property and each customer has different needs and expectations for their work, and we want to make sure that when our customers receive our quotes, they are fully customized to their individual project. That is why we offer free, no obligation estimates on most of our construction services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In working with a new customer, we always start out by coming out to their property to meet with them in person and get a better idea of their home, their style, and their budget. This helps us create individualized estimates and quotes for the work they are looking to have done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Shawn Fitzgibbons, the division leader for FitzCo Construction & Electric, graduated from Joseph P. Keefe Technical High School in 1981. He has since gone on to receive 5 Massachusetts licenses, including: -Master Electrician License -Journeyman Electrician License -Construction Supervisor's License -Home Improvement Contractor License -De-Leading Supervisor's License All the above licenses require mandatory continued education to maintain.
