Tree Planting
The crew was pleasant professional & Friendly. Did a great job & made sure I was satisfied before they said they were finished. Offered suggestions when asked but never felt that they were forcing me to add more to the job. I would hire them again.

Snow Plowing
They sent someone out, quoted, and responded in a timely manner. This puts them ahead of 50% of the contractors out there.

Tree Trimming and Removal
Having seen what twin pines did after the fact, I was very impressed at the value of their service. An embedded tree, 65' tall, everything done well with no lawn damage. Clean job site afterward. I highly recommend them.

Weeding
They indicated they could do the job and then 2 weeks later they told me they don’t service my area. Complete waste of time!

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? At Twin Pines, we know that no two jobs are the same. Each property and each customer has different needs and expectations for their work, and we want to make sure that when our customers receive our quotes, they are fully customized to their individual project. That is why we offer free, no obligation estimates on most of our landscaping, masonry, and snow removal services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? In working with a new customer, we always start out by coming out to their property to meet with them in person and get a better idea of their yard and their home. This helps us create individualized estimates and quotes for the work they are looking to have done, while simultaneously giving us a chance to get to know our customers in person. This is really important for us because, at the end of the day, company or not, we are just people helping people, and we always want to treat our customers as individuals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Chris, one of the owners of Twin Pines, has over 40 years of landscaping experience, and what a better way of learning than by doing? Andy, the other owner, has over 30 years of back office consulting experience as well as a background in home improvement work, which gives him the skill set needed to help keep this corporation running smoothly and efficiently.
