After the wedding, nobody will remember the embarrassing story his best man just told about the time he first noticed you while walking down the street and then walked right into a lamp post, but thanks to me, you'll never forget the look that was on his face! Of course - I'll certainly take breathtakingly beautiful photos of you and your favorite person on earth, that's a given! And i you want proof go check out some of the work on my page or on my website. I'm also going to capture those little moments in between that you didn't even know you wanted, but now that you have it you can't stop showing everyone. I guess this is the part where I'm supposed to tell you about how many dogs I have and that I'm addicted to coffee or something and how I love to spend Sunday mornings in my pajamas watching Netflix. But we're not going to start hanging out every weekend, so who cares? Here's the deal: I'm a super fun dude, maybe kind of a dork, and as probably the ONLY person who's going to be at your side for your entire wedding day, I'll help make sure everything stays on track, reassure you if you're getting anxious about things (it's going to be fine, I promise!!). You and your squad can be yourselves and have a great time and I'll make sure you look awesome doing it. I'm 100% on top of things, professional to a T (what does that even mean anyway?), I over-prepare, I am ready for ANYTHING from falling in a pool and getting my whole outfit soaked and ruining my camera, to having a tornado trap me in my house the morning of the wedding day (almost happened - no lie! Well, kinda - maybe). Oh, and I'm kinda good at taking photos.

Aaron did such an amazing job with my wedding! We had a larger wedding party (6 on each side) and he was able to gracefully orchestrate shots with everyone, including 5 sets of Grandparents and step parents! Because of our venue, I was concerned about low-lighting situations, and he went above and beyond to capture beautiful and memorable photos. I will absolutely be connecting with him in the future for more photography!

Aaron is amazing! He took pictures for my girls senior prom. He wrangled 6 teenagers, 2 infants, 2 toddlers and a gaggle of adults to get some AMAZING shots. I really find I dont photograph well and tend not to like photos with me in then. The first sneak peak he sent was me and my daughter. I was able to post it proudly as he went above and beyond to capture our relationship amd made us look great you wont go wrong if you chose Aaron.

Aaron Collins is amazing!! We hired him to capture our daughters senior prom photos. He picked an amazing location (old stone church) and really used the space great. The photos were of my daughter and 4 other couples, yet we managed to get family portraits, best friend pics, and pics of our little one as well. The editing, quick delivery, and amazing eye that Aaron has made the day so fun and amazing. You will NOT be disappointed!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing covers my time working on your wedding day, as well as the digital files you'll receive once the wedding galley is ready for delivery to you. Some packages also include print credits, which works as a gift card for ordering physical prints through the gallery. I'm happy to share a sample wedding gallery with you so you can see how it works! And of course so you can see what a real, complete wedding day looks like from my perspective and not just some highlights on a website.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to learn as much as I can about you and your wedding plans so I can help you figure out how I will fit into everything. After all it's not as though you do this often, not is it?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught like many photographers, though I developed my craft before the advent of YouTube tutorials so I spent a lot of time reading books and studying the work of people I respected in the field. Also, I learned an enormous amount about off-camera lighting from the very influential Strobist blog. I am a member of Susan Stripling's The Wedding School and probably will be for years to come. The education never stops, and I like to learn from the best.
