FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have flexible pricing and am always willing to work within your range, so long as the pricing still meets my own business needs. For anyone interested in using me as a long-term resource, I would definitely consider offering a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An informal phone call is definitely the best way to talk about project needs and requirements (there would be no cost attached to the call) and to ensure that we're compatible to be partners on your specific project. Then, after deciding whether or not you'd like to proceed with a project with me, I will outline an agreement with the project details we discussed. You will be able to give input on the agreement with any details I have missed or any suggestions on process. You will receive a status update once the project is ready for review. Then, you will have a timeline to suggest edits, ask questions, etc. Next, final review of the project would be done. Typically, I request 50% payment up front and 50% upon completion of the project (this I have to do as a safeguard on my time, energy, and money spent on the project).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
