Odaliz installed my security system months ago. His responsiveness and willingness to make sure the customer and the product are 100% warrants me returning to the app to provide a 5-star rating. The product is good, does not require a monthly service contract, and was installed with great thought and strategy. Every "issue" was user error, but Odaliz to the care to personally resolve and educate. I am happy with my choice to use this product mainly because of the support.
