Fred responded to my submission on Thumbtack within 5 minutes! He made a same-day appointment and showed up on time. He gave me an estimate of the costs both before his visit and after he assessed the issue, giving me the option of moving forward each step of the way, which I appreciated. He had the parts in his truck and was able to fix the issue within 45 minutes. Very professional, polite, and good at his job. Highly recommend this company!

The company responded to my request right away (less then 5 mins after posting!), was flexible with scheduling, explained the issue and provided a warranty for their repairs. I plan to reach out again should any other household equipment require repair.
