Fred arrived quickly. I appreciated how he was able to service us on a Sunday. He was professional and got to work right away. He worked hard and was able to diagnose the problem with our stove. We needed an extra part and he went out and got it. He also gave us good advice for the future on appliances more generally that he recommends (both to buy and to avoid). I would definitely recommend reaching out to Doctor Appliance to a friend.

This appliance repair company was very responsive, called back immediately, came the same day on a Sunday, made the repair to my oven, and charged to a reasonable price. I recommend them and would definitely call them again for any appliance repair.

The company responded to my request right away (less then 5 mins after posting!), was flexible with scheduling, explained the issue and provided a warranty for their repairs. I plan to reach out again should any other household equipment require repair.
