Fixed one problem but left another. Unable to contact anyone to rectify the situation. Owner contacted me the next day and fixed the problem. He was very nice and professional, and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs appliance repair. Very satisfied.

Liked that he gave me options. My washer was 7+ years old and needed a new drum gave me the estimate on repair but suggested the better option would be to replace it considering the age and repair cost. Would definitely call them again!
