- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A large part of our success can be attributed to providing high quality work at affordable prices and always focusing on the customer. Our trucks are fully stocked, which means we are able to finish the job quickly. Our electricians provide a fair quote based on the job at hand to ensure the estimates match your price every time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As an electrical company in both residential and commercial sectors, we pride ourselves on the relationships we have established with our customers. These relationships have been built over many years of quality and reliable service. By taking the time to understand our customer’s individual requirements, we ensure that they are provided with the best solution based on our technical knowledge and experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated Everett High Vocational where I studied as an Electrician. After High School I joined the Air Force and Studied Airframe and propulsion while attending the College Of The Air Force. Being honorably discharged after 4 years in the military I furthered my Knowledge as an electrician at the School Of Martin Electrical to obtain my electrical license. Since I have taken many State Code Update Classes ect. I class room education in Electrical Safety Training, 70E (Arc Flash), L.O.T.O., CPR, Large Fiber Install, OSHA Rules onsite training, ect.
