What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For services rendered, if the job take more than a day, I will offer a rate discount for the following day. For mounting TV’s, I charge a flat rate of $150 per TV and $90 for Wire Concealment (kit is included) For any additional TV mounted will be 50% off of flat rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask them where do they want there new furniture, any specific request for example the wardrobe assembly how do they want their drawers layered out?, Do they want the desk drawers to be in the left or right hand side?, etc
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a current student of The Peterson School for my Journeyman Electrician License.
