Keefe's Martial Arts Academy

We offer fitness for the body and mind. We offer tai chi, karate, and kickboxing/MMA for fitness, art form, self-defense discipline, sports and philosophy. For over 25 years, Sensei/Sifu John Keefe has been studying martial arts. To ensure the highest level of quality, John still goes to seminars and visits different schools of all styles to learn from a few of the finest martial artists in the world. He is always attempting to expand his abilities, his knowledge, and refinement of his techniques. A 4th-degree black belter in kenpo karate and tai chi instructor, John has extensive study in taekwondo, kung fu, jiujitsu, boxing, Nihongo -- the Japanese language, and weapons from Japan and China. John Keefe has owned and taught at the Shaolin Martial Arts Academy in Melrose/Stoneham, MA, from 1989 to 2002. He has taught privately ever since in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. In 2009, he established the Keefe's Martial Arts Academy.
