- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Scrapbook: $100 Custom printed background (matte vinyl): $400 Custom designed background (various materials): custom quote Props are included at no additional charge. You will have wedding props included if it is a wedding. You will have holiday props included if it is a holiday party. You will have graduation props included if it is a graduation party. Additional props can be provided- customized to your specific celebration- for a custom quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of the first things I find out is whether they would like a curtain enclosed booth or an open air booth. We offer both. Our photo booth is open air with an optional enclosure. I also have a series of questions that include things like: What background would you like? What would you like for text on your prints? and Would you like social media instant sharing at no additional charge?
