FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I give a price, that price includes everything and does not change. It covers travel, editing time, and high resolution images delivered digitally. I upload the photos as I complete them, so you get them as soon as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get a new customer, I want to know any details about the photo session, such as the location, how many people will be there, what kind of photos the customer wants, whether there will be props or outfit changes, etc. I am happy to either talk on the phone or communicate by email/texting -- whatever the customer prefers. I am also happy to send a questionnaire that gives both the customer and me some ideas for the session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a second shooter for a local and well-respected photographer and have been gaining a lot of experience working with a variety of customers. As a speech pathologist, I am able to utilize strategies in order to facilitate photo sessions for people with disabilities. For example, if a child or adult benefits from seeing a schedule with words or pictures in order to help them understand the order of what will be happening, I am happy to accommodate.
