Because unlike just about all other contractors I do not spread myself too thin by taking on several jobs at a time, I take on one job at a time and complete to the customers satisfaction before I take on any other projects, I have plenty of recent happy customers who are happy to leave excellent references. I also have the luxury of being retired at 46 yrs old witch allows me the time to devote to all the projects I take on. The satisfaction my customers have when the job is complete.
