I specialize in clearing up backlogs, streamlining processes and providing external guidance to the small business owner, which allows them to focus on running their business. Because I am not in the business, I have the detachment to see what the results are and what they mean. I have taken businesses from paper processes to full automation. Past experiences include scaling the accounting function to providing what the business needs in the the most cost- and time-efficient way. Overhead is counterproductive to small business.
