- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices will vary due to complexity of the property. Fees for typical single family homes and condominiums $450 and multi family homes $600
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client reaches out to us, the first question we will ask is why they need an appraisal and typically who may have suggested they get one. It is important too me that this individual gets the proper information for their particular situation because people need appraisal services for various reasons. Once we determine that we can be of help we will schedule an appointment to get the property inspected as soon as the client can accomodate us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years of experience. Certified residential appraiser in both Massachusetts and Maine. Having to meet all educational criteria for both State and Federal regulations along with ongoing continuing education.
