Khari was easy to work with and very responsive! The inflatable we rented turned out to be unavailable (I can’t remember the reason) and Khari ended up upgrading us to a bigger one at no cost. I would definitely rent from Khari again.

Excellent! Reserving the bouncy house was a breeze! We got the 6 in 1 combo which included a water slide, punching bags and basket ball hoop (can use dry or wet)! My 3 year old son had a blast along with his friends for his birthday! Overall profesional and great customer service. We will definitely use again!

I would definitely recommend them. Since our first interaction to our last was pleasant and very easy going, making this one of the easiest things as part of the party planning. He always answered all my questions and concerns. Also the day of the bday party, he came he setup and left everything ready. If I need a bounce would use them again 100%. The condition of bounce and cleanliness and customer service is top, for a great price.

My husband and I needed a bouncehouse last minute and this company was amazing and pulled through for us! Not only was this the best bouncehouse we've ever rented, the staff was completely helpful and professional! Highly recommend!

I would definitely recommend “Bounce on us party” rental! The gentleman dropping off and picking up the bouncy house was super sweet and it was such a fast set up! Any party I have coming up and in need of a bouncy house, I will definitely use this same company. We even asked the gentleman to help us carry something heavy inside for our party and he said no problem at all! Very professional and very nice!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When dealing with new customers we try and find out their budget, party theme and all that they would like at there event/party. So, we can put together a package deal to help the customer save more money and time by shopping around. We also need to know if bouncy will be going on grass or pavement. This allows us to know if sand bags are needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years managing restaurants & catering events. Great customer services is the strength behind our company. A happy customer is worth more then a extra dollar...
