Ralf was so responsive. He was in constant contact & came out the next day to assemble my bedroom furniture. Ikea sent some wrong pieces for the nightstand & he even offered to exchange it for me. He took the boxes with him so I didn’t have to worry about the clean up!

Ralf came to my office and assembled our order of IKEA furniture that we had purchased for our new supply room. He was very responsive to any questions I had, prior to scheduling the appointment.
