- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the scope of work, materials, labor, and complexity of the project. We provide free estimates and clearly explain what is included before work begins. Any changes or additional costs are discussed and approved in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by discussing the customer’s needs and reviewing the project details. When necessary, we schedule an on-site assessment. We then recommend the best solution, prepare an estimate, coordinate the schedule, complete the work, and conduct a final walkthrough with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years of hands-on experience in construction and remodeling. Our practical training includes general contracting, project management, framing, siding, deck construction and repair, window and door installation, structural repairs, remodeling, and exterior improvements.
