Daniele is very responsive and prompt when I reached out. She helped us with laundry and cleaning and accommodated my needs. I’m very particular about how I prefer my laundry folded and she happily complied and did wonderful. My kitchen was also so clean and spotless! She is a very hard worker and makes every effort to make sure she meets your needs. I love that she also will ask for feedback on how she can improve for the next time.
