Custom Estimates: Each project is unique, so we provide custom estimates based on the scope of work, size of the area, and any special requests. We require a 30% deposit to secure your project on our schedule.

Our Typical Process for Working with New Customers Initial Inquiry & Consultation When a customer reaches out, we respond promptly to gather details about the project. We’ll discuss the scope of work, timeline, and specific needs (e.g., type of paint, color preferences, or special requests). In-Home Estimate We schedule a convenient time for an in-home estimate. During the visit, we assess the space, review the customer’s vision, and take necessary measurements. We then provide a detailed written estimate on the spot. Approval & Scheduling Once the estimate is approved, we collect a 30% deposit to secure your project on our schedule. We’ll confirm a start date and provide a clear timeline for completion. Preparation & Setup On the scheduled start date, we prepare the workspace by protecting floors, furniture, and other surfaces. We handle necessary prep work, such as sanding, patching holes, and priming walls, to ensure a flawless finish. Execution Our skilled team works efficiently and with attention to detail to deliver high-quality results. We keep the customer informed throughout the process and welcome feedback or adjustments as we go. Clean-Up & Final Walkthrough After completing the project, we thoroughly clean the workspace, removing all tools, materials, and debris. We conduct a final walkthrough with the customer to ensure everything meets their expectations. Final Payment & Follow-Up Once the project is complete and you’re satisfied, we collect the remaining balance. And request a google review. We’re always available for follow-up questions or additional touch-ups if needed.
